- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Been here before a couple times. Atmosphere is great and I've played music here a couple times. Service was alright, server didn't check back and whoever was on the fryer that night wasn't attentive enough. I had chicken wings that were tough and overdone in the fryer and my GF had fish and chips with the fish also being tough and overfried. Made note to the waitress as my GF was not into eating her fish with the way it was cooked. No adjustment to bill or any other considerations. May try food again at some point, but had much better food in the area. Believe this is the same owner as British Arms and I've had fantastic fish and chips there so not sure what was up that night.
