  The young lady who was working alone at this location was doing an outstanding job. This Tim Horton's was out of a lot of things, but she did the best she could with what she had. The kitchen area was also very noisy--making it hard for people to be heard when making their requests. Nonetheless, she made us some great chicken ranch wraps and chipotle soup. This isn't one of the most accommodating Tim Horton's, e.g., there's no place to sit down, but the young lady made it worthwhile to stop.

  I am getting extremely fed up with the terrible customer service from this location. I would love to walk in and be treated with respect or if the girls would even smile. Don't get me wrong some of the employees are friendly such as Katie and an older mature woman that works mornings but the night staff are horendous! The fact I say thank you to be a nice human and it gets returned with a dirty look by night staff is terrible. Not impressed at all and extremely disappointed...maybe update the sign on your drive threw saying service with a smile to service with bad looks.

  I almost come every morning for my coffee since a month and a half. One of the girl was so rude. Not even greeting the customer or even thanking them and sometime refused to take my order when i walked in at the counter even though there is no one in the drive thru. I dont no it just happens with me everyday or with other customers also. So frustrated. Poor customer service/management. Never back again.

  Staff of this location is terrible with customer service. Have mess ups with simple beverages. Poor job for being a Canadian company.
