- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Consistently slow to the point where they've given me food for free because of the wait. Debit/credit machine is consistently down. Makes coffee incorrectly. Gives me a single cup of coffee without a sleeve or a second cup when the coffee is black and extremely hot. When I ask for a second cup they are rude. Seems like the staff on the weekends and evening shifts are undertrained or understaffed, either way they are extremely slow, rude, or your order is wrong.
