  Worst customer service at this location. At first I thought perhaps it was just one staff member who was having a bad day, but it's the same bad customer service every time I have been there. If these employees are unwilling to work, perhaps they shouldn't be here. Whoever owns this chain needs to retrain their staff.

  Good food and clean restaurant. Plus it's probably the only subway in Barrie to have the rasberry cheesecake cookies.

  This restaurant runs well. They can have huge lineup and get through it quickly. Good fast and efficient service. Food is well prepared and not sloppy like some sub shops. Nothing I hate worse is a sub or Burger or sandwich that is thrown together and it is a huge mess when you get it!!!!!!
