  Strange place. Not at all customer focused or business traveller friendly. Surprising for a restaurant that is attached to a hotel. Staff indifferent, food mediocre at best. I do not know how they are still in business with many other better food/restaurant options very near by. Do not bother complaining... they will argue with you. RUDE and ignorant

  This restraunt by far has the worst staff not only are they rude they have no desire to make u even feel comfortable . I sat by a table that had a wall charger i am a paying customer btw amd the waiter what ever his name is said i dont allow u to charge ur phone here it cost 20 dollars!!!?!! Wtf i paid for my beer and left he didnt even care

  Extremely rude! I called down from my room to enquire about their menu options and not only did the gentleman over the phone interupt me more than once, but he was extremely condescending. I guess you could say that the only positive outcome from my experience was that I was able to make right the decision to order out from another restaurant (glad I didn't give Scarpaccio my business). I completely agree with the other reviews, Scarpaccio is not at all customer friendly, which is a shame because the staff at the Monte Carlo Inn are extremely friendly, it's too bad that the hotel doesn't have a good restaurant onsite to compliment the hotel.
