  Very fast, good service. When we were there we actually overheard a conversation at the next table between a customer and their server, about one meal - the salmon was apparently undercooked. The customer left most of it on their plate, and the server asked if there was a problem. Customer explained, but didn't seem concerned about paying for it. The server went straight to the manager to tell her, and she came over to the table with a revised bill, removing the charge for that meal... and actually insisted that the customer not pay for it. I was impressed.

  As regulars to Red Lobster, we always enjoy the meal but just as important, we love the service. Thomas is our go to server...top notch, attentive and cordial...funny too. So sit down and enjoy a meal...have a conversation too.

  Hate to sound like a broken record but Thomas is an excellent server! We observed how he interacted with other patrons and especially the children as we have 5. He has a great personality and a great sense of humour. The food was pretty good, very filling. Heather was also very good. She ended up with a large party and we heard her ask for help from Thomas. She also reiterated that it was my common law husband's birthday which I appreciated. Our experience here was excellent...but the bill has yet to come...

  Shannon was an amazing server! Very friendly and helpful. The food was also great. The "tartar sauce" was the only thing I can complain about. It is too oniony and not the traditional kind that one would be used to. It was extremely busy for Father's day, but staff handled it very professionally.
