  Staff members have always been nice. Food is always tasty and ready for pick up when they say it will be. They changed the sauce that comes with their fresh rolls:( and sometimes items are a bit mushy bur overall one of our faves!

  Thai food is not good here. The red curry doesn't taste or feel authentic nor coconut milk based (despite what is claimed). It looks more like a thick gooey Chinese stir-fry base. It has potato and sweet potato in it. The Vietnamese selections are quite tasty however!

  Unfortunately we've had a lot of bad experiences with this place. The food is great, but their service is not. We have tried multiple times to order the food to go, we live very close by, and more than once the broth has been cold. This defeats the purpose of pho as the broth needs to be hot to cook the meat - therefore, we were stuck with raw meat. On many other occasions they've forgot to put in the hoisin and sriracha as well as the toppings and garnish for the pho. On top of this they give you an extremely minimal amount of meat. Also - I find it odd for any restaurant to be closed for a full day.
