  My first time ordering from papa johns. All i can say is wow. Best pizza ever. Toppings were plentiful and was still very hot on delivery. Service is awesome.i have never written a review on anything before but this was amazing

  Amazing pizza . Lg pizza w/4 Topps $11.99 , amazing value for the price .Tasty pizZa and very good service .

  I'll start this review by giving my reason for the 1 star rating. Teenage mutant ninja turtles probably said it best "Wise men say, Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza." I order a pizza at 4:06pm, from Barrie's young St location, at 5:06pm I did a follow up call to learn my pizza had been delivered to the wrong location. Instead of calling my phone to verify where I was the driver instead returned to papa johns. After calling papa johns offered to deliver the same pizza to the correct address not offering make a new one. After insisting on a new pizza they sent the driver back out on delivery. In total my pizza took just under 2 hours to arrive. Was cold and I suspect the same original pizza. Needless to say I will not be placing another order with papa johns or sending any business their way. This review will now be copied and pasted to as many of papa johns social media and review pages as possible to let others know of this service.

  Order a pizza and wings from this location. Wings were soaking in bbq sauce... My slice pizza had 2 long hairs baked into it. So gross. Called and spoke to the manage who seemed to be an idiot and didn't care. Offered us a new pizza and wanted the other one back.. When i explained the hair was only on my piece and that my husband had already eaten a couples of pieces the manage rudely said "And what do you want me to do about it??" So rude and totally not worth the price..
