  Stopped by a few nights ago and ordered the party pack which was supposed to feed 5-6 people. It was only 4 of us and not enough. Barely any rice. The chicken is amazing. Their sauces are phenomenal. But I can't justify the price to make this a go to place.

  Firstimer - not so busy, nice look and intrigued by the peri-peri sauces everywhere. I walked in slowly and grabbed a menu to have a look before I committed. Decided to give it a go. I was excited because I'm familiar with an abundance of spices. I ordered two apps: Peri-Peri Nuts, a nice lightly spiced blend of cashews, almonds & macadamia. Not as spicey as I would have expected but a nice mix snack all the same. Second was the olive blend with garlic cloves, mushrooms, kalamatas and queens in a scintillating olive oil, seasoned with peri-peri, rosemary (a tad heavy) pepper and garlic mash. I prefer legs to breasts when it comes to chicken but the way the sauce complimented the charbroil smokiness was amazing, the spicy rice a tad under spicy but firm the way I like it. The Peri-Peri fries were just dusted in the same powder as the nuts but came off as too salty for me. Speaking of salty, their broad supply of signature sauces were very salty as dips but much less so cooked. I told Kamal (manager) about my experience. He offered me a complimentary dessert and thanked me for my feedback. The custard tart is amazing. If it were nout for the saltiness, Nando's in Barrie off Mapleview would be a full on 5 stars for me.

  We had lunch and were satisfied with our experience. We were seated first with a menu. We then proceeded to the checkout (check-in!) to order and then pay for our selections. The tip option to pay before any meaningful service was provided is not expected. Next time we may just leave a cash tip when service is complete. The menu suggested that the food was spicy but it can be prepared without. We opted for no spice and instead dipped our perfectly cooked chicken dinner in hot sauce on the side. We picked our condiments and selected our drinks and headed back to our table. The food was delivered quickly and service was good. The food was excellent. The WiFi was fast with quick option to sign in and most importantly with no apparent throttle. Our assessment was that we think our kids would like the food and will come back again!

  Nothing can beat their chicken. Such a nice and cozy place. Staff is welcoming. Food quality an quantity both are good.
