  Awful, slow service. Inside of the restaurant is often dirty. The last time, I had to drive back at 1:30am after waiting over 25 minutes in the drive-thru. On the way home, while I ate my fries, I noticed that they tasted like they'd been sitting for a while. It wasn't a huge deal, until I got home and realized that all 12 of the chicken nuggets we'd ordered were HARD. Like, rubber hard. Given that I paid $15 for the meal, I was not happy. I went back. They did replace my order with a fresh one, but I didn't receive an apology.

  Today went through the drive through. Took 40 minutes to get 15 cars through, one person actually got out and walked his dog they took so long. Slowest I've ever witnessed. I asked what took so long at the window and they said "its busy today". Wow I never would have guessed! Sunday of the first summer long weekend, and its right off the highway. They should ha e expected this and had more staff. On top of this, my food was cold. What a letdown.

  The food I got was good unfortunately I didn't get it all. I got home and had my 3 big macs like expected but only 2 fries. Than I got an iced tea a root beer and a shamrock shake. Shamrock shake was good and so was the ice tea but the root beer... well that was also iced tea. Good job guys. I'll just have to sit in front of the window next time and check every item before driving off.
