  We eat out a lot...like, a lot. We like many restaurants, but we always come back to East Sides. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the value is great. We always feel welcome and go away happy and full. Thanks East Sides!

  We arrived here during their "busy peak period" according to Google, but was not that busy at all. Just more than their average customers, but we definitely got a seat as soon as we got in. Our waitress did a great job. Her customer service was pretty good. One of our Caesar salad looked a bit dry so she added a side of salad dressing! Overall, food was pretty good (tastes like the other locations) and service was top-notch! Definitely recommended!

  Not a great experience by any means! Food was not very good, staff were very friendly but offered poor service. We were not checked on ever and had to flag someone down for refills of our drinks. We then had to wait a long time for take out containers but not even sure why we bothered to bring our leftovers home; maybe the dog will eat them. The sad part is it wasn't busy, I would hate to see what happens when they are busy. I feel like it was a huge waste of our time and money going there; we will not be back.
