  For a corporation that has positive net income growth quarter over quarter, you sure put the no efforts in when it comes to customer service! It's took 1hr and 45mins to deliver a pizza from the Mapleview location. After waiting 45 mins I called and they said the driver was lost but they would call me if there needed help with location. Another 15 mins pass and no order delivered or call.... I call the location again and they inform me he will be there any minute... any minute turned into another 20 minutes and no delivery still... I call again and the individual I spoke to apologized while laughing and said the Mapleview location will provide a form of goodwill for the inconvience as it took now 1hour and 45 minutes to delivery a frozen pizza! No goodwill or vouchures were granted, no apology by driver, no follow up call from the location.. Way to be accountable! Thank you for all the inconvenience you have caused, lack of professionalism, as well for making my decision quite easy to never call your and or any dominos locations again. Put your customers first and actually be engaged and I'm sure someone may rate you better the 1 star, if you haven't pushed majority away already.

  Not impressed. Pizza came fast and online delivery was simple enough. Once it arrived, i grabbed the first slice of their Deluxe and half the toppings and cheese slid off! I could not hold the slice with one hand as it was a big floppy mess. The cheese was not at all helping in the structure of the pizza as it seemed more like individual bits than homogeneous layer. The bottom of the pizza crust had no strength or structure. Talk about disappointment, having to scoop all of your toppings out of the box with one free hand while holding the wet Kleenex of a pizza slice in the other. Overall taste was fine but my brother and I were not impressed. The price ($29) for a large was at least a good 20% higher than better pizza places, too. I would have given 2 stars but the excessive price charged knocked them down to one. We won't be ordering from Domino's again for a VERY long time.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Went in on Tuesday at 12pm with my brother and his girlfriend as soon as I walked in a male employee just looked at me and said, "Just so you know nothings going to be ready until 1 so...". No apology or nothing, it just sounded like he didn't want to serve us. I walked out right away. I called this same location tonight to give them another chance. Keep in mind this location is literally one km away, during the conversation they informed us that they can not deliver to our home because it was "too far". I think this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I think everyone at that location should go through a customer service training seminar. We will not be going to this establishment anymore.

  Joined their rewards program, received an email today that they were offering a 50% discount if you ordered online (same thing happened in Niagara Falls and they got 5 stars from me for honouring the deal). While placing my order, I received an alert that said this location was not participating in the special. I called the store and was told the same thing. They've lost a loyal customer. I will no longer be ordering from this location. I will give my business to other franchise owners who appreciate their customers.

  This is one out of my two favourite pizza places around (the other being Cocelli's). Great sauce, nice texture, toppings don't slide off the crust (bonus). Always ready on time.
